Strength Protocol Mentorship is a personalized 12-week experience designed to help you apply the principles of Discipline of Strength to your own goals, challenges, and growth journey. Together, we will identify meaningful goals, create a personalized plan of action, establish consistent habits, and build the discipline required to follow through when motivation fades. Along the way, you'll learn how to navigate setbacks, recognize unproductive patterns, and use the Return Standard to regain momentum when life gets in the way. This mentorship is not about quick fixes or temporary motivation. It is about developing the mindset, systems, and resilience necessary for lasting growth. Program Includes: • Twelve weekly 60-minute mentorship sessions • Personalized implementation of The Strength Protocol • Goal-setting and strategic planning • Accountability and progress tracking • Guidance through setbacks and obstacles • Limited support between sessions via text or email Mentorship availability is intentionally limited to ensure personalized attention and meaningful support for each participant.
