My name is Jenifer Rood, and I am the author of The Discipline of Strength and a Discipline & Resilience Coach focused on execution, responsibility, and personal standards.
My work emphasizes discipline over motivation and consistency over intensity; helping people build strength that actually translates into action.
You don't need more motivation. You need a standard you're willing to live by.
I didn't create The Discipline of Strength to inspire people for a moment.
I built it to help people change how they operate.
This framework was developed through lived experience, relentless self-auditing, and years of applying discipline when it would have been easier to quit, negotiate, or delay.
I believe:
