My name is Jenifer Rood, and I am the author of The Discipline of Strength and a Discipline & Resilience Coach focused on execution, ownership, and personal standards.

My work emphasizes discipline over motivation and consistency over intensity.  I help people build strength that actually translates into action.

You don't need another "quick fix" promise.  You need a standard you're willing to live by.

I created The Discipline of Strength to help people change how they operate.  Anyone can follow these principles, as long as you're willing to commit to the process.

This framework was developed through lived experience, consistent self-auditing, and years of applying discipline when it would have been easier to quit, negotiate, or delay.

I believe:

  • Strength must be trained

  • Discipline must be practiced

  • Resilience must be built

  • Execution must be intentional

Ownership begins with taking responsibility for our own actions.

Everything else just holds us back.
